Sweating is a natural process that is essential for the normal functioning of our body. It assists in regulating body temperature, and also helps in excreting certain unwanted waste products from our body. However, excessive sweating does more harm than good. Thus, there are people suffering from a condition known as axillary hyperhidrosis, which is basically excessive sweating in their underarms. Such people sweat excessively under their armpits, even when the weather is relatively cool and pleasant and they are not performing any strenuous physical exercise.

The Problem

A person suffering from armpit sweat would experience both embarrassment and frustration, especially when interacting with people. Armpit sweating would leave stains on clothes and generally be quite nuisance. And what?s worse, people may also suffer when their professions require that they create a rapport with some other people. Instances could include meetings during work, or liaising of clients, or even out at social events such as weekend outings and barbeques. Social interactions soon begin to suffer, along with corporate productivity when the person is continually worrying at stressing about their excessive sweating, as it is on the forefront of their minds.
